Where are you shipping from?
We ship primarily out of Sacramento CA.
Do you ship Internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States (at least until we get the logistics figured out 🙂)
When will my order ship?
We ship orders within 1 week. Keep in mind that there are weeks when we travel for conventions, which prevents us from shipping right away.
How will my order be packaged?
We use bubble mailers for charms and pins. Posters will be shipped flat in a rigid flat mailer.
What is your Return Policy?
We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges. However, if the item you received is defective, please send me an email at hello@mishysketches.com within 2 weeks from the ship date. We cannot assist you after 2 weeks or if the item has been used.
